Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds:

- For exchanges, the shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Courier pickup will not be arranged from our side; customers are required to courier the parcel to our address.
